Volunteers and Donations

Our collections and museum activities only grow through the generous efforts our members and support of our community.

Volunteers are always welcome. Whether you have a few hours for a short project, a chunk of regular time you'd like to provide, we can often accommodate your needs in helping to accommodate our own. See our Wish List below for some current opportunities.

Donations are always welcomed by the Roseville Historical Society and Carnegie Museum.

The collection welcomes most items relating to Roseville and living in the area throughout history (including the 21st Century!). Please check with the museum before bringing items to the museum, especially larger items. We can arrange special times for delivery and in some cases can arrange pick-up.

Unlike most museums, we currently display more than 80% of the physical items in our collections, and storage space is limited. We're always happy to discuss any item you may wish to donate, but again, please contact the museum especially for donation of any larger items.

We also gratefully accept monetary and in-kind donations for maintenance of our collections and work relating to preservation and education throughout the community of Roseville.

The Roseville Historical Society's Carnegie Museum is a 501(c)3 educational non-profit organization. Donations may be deductable to the extent allowed by law.

Please note: We are unable to provide monetary appraisals or value estimates for any item regardless of it's donation status.
